Kelsey Kapowski and JP start your college football weekend off right with a breakdown of the top 10 games and more. You never know who will show up off the bench to help them break down the games and pick the winners on any given Saturday.

Kelsey has spent the majority of his life right here in the Rocket City, where Saturdays in the Fall weren’t taken lightly. Growing up, Kelsey was raised to follow Crimson Tide Football, and the only thing that has changed now that he’s in his early adult years is his love for College Football around the country. Commentators such as Pat McAfee, Josh Pate, and Kirk Herbstreit influenced him from a young age to follow the passion and create the feeling he would get from talk shows and watching the TV in the Fall. Kelsey has been with WUMP since 2020 producing many shows, working his way through the ranks.

JP was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama, and his love for sports started right away. He was always in a season of some kind, primarily playing football, baseball, and basketball. He’s been a diehard Crimson Tide fan since birth, and every Saturday in the fall you can find him watching the Tide. JP has always loved talking sports, analyzing games and strategies, and making bold predictions. Every morning since he was a kid, he made it a point to watch “College Gameday” on Saturday mornings before the game started, and he always enjoyed the analysis from guys like Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso, and Desmond Howard. JP attended the University of Alabama out of high school, and after two years decided to pursue a career in talk radio. He has been in radio since February of 2024.
